East Indian Speciality - Fugiya's

Fugiyas - An East Indian Bread, slightly sweet in taste and is prepared with maida, fermented with yeast, deep fried in oil till light brown. A little difficult to make and involves a special technique which can be mastered with practise. A must have at East Indian weddings and Festive Occassions.The Dough needs to be well knead and kept to ferment in order to get the Perfect Fugiyas. They are so soft that they just melt in your mouth and are loved by all.
