Most Amazing Short Love Story Series on TV.

Have you guessed what we are talking about?

Well, if not. Let me tell you, we are talking about shows that gave us short romantic stories in a single episode itself.

So lets take a look at these shows that were a hit in the past as well as the present. They were just so beautiful that they made us fall in love with them.

1)Yule Love Story - This was a drama series that aired on Zee TV. In every episode a new story would be shown, a typical love story revolving around relationships between teens. This series was then followed by a new series titled “Rishtey” which focused on all relationships.

Rishtey - The Love Stories highlighted various relationships like Husband - Wife, Siblings, friends, children, parents etc and each episode had a story that revolved around the lives of these characters the hardships they faced, their emotions, circumstances etc that would really touch your heart. The show was quite a hit.

2)Teri Meri Love Stories - This show aired on Star Plus. It had a collection of assorted love stories that aired on weekends. The show featured quite a few actors like Jennifer Winget, Gautam Rode,KaranWahi, Karan Singh Grover, Karan Patel, Divyanka Tripathi, Shilpa Anand, Anita Hassanandani, Avinash Sachdev, Shaheer Sheikh, Arjun Bijlani, Mahi Vij, Iqbal Khan, Ravi Dubey,Sargun Mehta ,Karan Grover, etc. It was one show that the audiences would look forward to watch over the weekends. The show gave the audiences such beautiful love stories that I am sure they would love to have a season 2 of the same.

3)Yeh hai Aashiqui - Another popular series which airs on Bindass Channel. Each episode brings a new unique love story to it’s audiences. Yeh Hai Aashiqui has had quite a few seasons and it became very popular amongst the youth. “YHA” has shown real life stories of unconventional love from across India in a recreated reality format. The show focuses on complex love stories and the various emotions one goes through whilst in love, but how love helps them conquer all the difficulties that come their way. Thus “Love” plays a very important role here. The latest season of Yeh Hai Aashiqui was Season 4. Not only did the show gain a lot of popularity but the title track of the show also became quite a hit.

These were clips of some of the episodes we loved.This show is a must watch if you enjoy watching Love Stories.

4) Twist Wala Love - was a youth based show that aired on Channel V and the stories that we narrated had a twist in them.The show had new age love stories for the youth but with a twist. These were short stories that were narrated over a few episodes. Again the show gave us some beautiful fairytale love stories.

5)Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya - The show is an Indian Youth fiction show. It aired on Zing and has had a couple of seasons.Each season had a new host. The love tales shown in the series are quite interesting and fascinating and the show gained a lot of popularity. You will get to see a lot of passionate love stories where the young lovers take drastic steps in love. But that is what the show is all about, love and the feelings it brings about. The Current Season of Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya is Season 8 and it telecasts on Zing on Fridays at 7:00pm. Below are some pics of the episodes that have already been telecast on Tv.

6)Love by Chance - This show has stories drawn from real life where two people come together by mere coincidence or chance as you would like to call it hence the name “Love By Chance”. The series had some wacky, romantic, funny episodes too in it. It aired on Bindass Channel every Saturday. The show was hosted by actor and stand- up comedian Kavi Shastri who narrated these unusal stories.

So this was our list. We loved these series of short romantic love stories. They had unique but impactful stories about relationships. They took us through a beautiful journey of Life. We miss watching some of these shows and would like them to make a comeback.

We wanted to relive those romantic, divine memories. Hence Throwback time!

Employee Engagement Activities

Some Employee Engagement Activities that can be tried at work to break from your regular routine.Trying to have some fun at work can go a long way....And An "Engaged Employee" is the one who is fully absorbed by and enthusiastic about their work and so takes positive action to further the organisation's reputation and interests.

Employee Engagement Activities are very essential because :

Happy Employees --- Happy Customers --- Happy Stakeholders

These are my learnings from the places I have worked at.

So lets see what can be done to Engage Employees at Work!!!

1) Having Innovative Ideas that create the future - Ask Employees for their Ideas, Suggestions.Make them feel that their suggestions are valuable. Have a suggestion box/online portal where they can share their views,ideas and award the best suggestions (process related/product related/Admin/Facilities etc)

2)Have Problem Solving/Brainstorming sessions where you can discuss the current problems you are facing.

3)Encourage Learning - Have Train the trainer programs, online learning programs.If an employee is good in something that can add value to your team's performance encourage him and help him  present it across to the team.Have training sessions/programs that can build your skills.

4)Sharing Knowledge - Implement a mentorship program where a senior member can train the new hire, or the new member can buddy with them. Give the senior member additional responsibility it will not only motivate them but will also make them feel more valuable.

5)Have Team Photos on a wall in your bay or around the office. This could be (group photos, selfies, events celebrated photos,funny photos etc).

6)Celebrate Achievements through Rewards and Recognition. E.g Star of the Month,Quarter, Team of the Year etc.

7)Celebrate people - For Birthday's have a cake ordered and celebrate with your employee or a simple Bouquet/Birthday card can be given. An internal communication can be sent via email regarding a birthday, promotion or even welcoming the New Joiners. Some company's also give a Welcome Gift (Water Bottle,Pen,Coffee Mug etc).

8)Create your own Internal Magazine - Share articles,photographs,opportunities (internal job postings),Best performers, top achievers etc).

9)Get Social - Go out with your teams may be for a Picnic or for lunch/dinner or even to an Ice cream Parlour/Pastry Outlet.

10)Pot Lunch - The entire team participates in the pot lunch and a great team bonding activity.

11)Encourage Volunteering for a good cause/charity etc.(Blood Donation camps etc)

12)Have some In-house Games like Housie, Chess, Jenga.

13)For Book Lovers you can have an In-house Library.

14)Health and Wellness programs - Having a Gym in office or arranging for Gym membership for employees at a discounted rate,having Health conscious meals,yoga or meditation activities etc.

15)Celebrating Festivals- Invite Employees to be a part of the Celebration preparations like Decor, Menu planning etc.There is no harm in taking suggestions.

16)Themed Days - Have themed days they can help have a lot of fun at work. The most common one now a days followed by all is "TGIF".

Some examples of Themed days: Twin Day, Colour  theme day - Where you are supposed to dress in the same colour.

But these are the regular ones what else can you do :

a)Cricket Fever Day- We have lots of Cricket Lovers out there and this would be something really great to do especially when India is playing.(Conduct a poll, Have a Dress Code). Television sets are installed in Cafeterria's /Break Zones so that people can watch the match.

k)Movie Time- Organise movie tickets for your employees.

19)Demonstrate Care for your employees.It is very important for you to find out what is it that your employees are not happy about.

20)Employee Survey - Send employee surveys to get honest feedback.


These few tips will help you create a work place that is Fun... So Why not start by "Doing the Right Things Excellently".

But Just Make sure that whenever you have a " Fun at Work Activity" everyone is involved in it and not just a few.....

Horror Movies that will definitely scare the hell out of you!!!

1)The Exorcist - The movie is all about a 12 year old girl who has been possessed by Demons.. The girl in this movie is just Brilliant!!! The scariest movie on my list and my all time favourite horror movie.






2)The Omen - An American Diplomat learns that his adopted son is Anti-Christ and the son of the devil. He is also the reason for mysterious death's around him. Another fantastic movie!!!



3)The Ring - A cursed videotape when watched causes death of the person who has watched it in a weeks time...Now doesn't that sound interesting!!!

    

4) The Conjuring - Paranormal Investigators come to the assistance of a family experiencing disturbing events in their farmhouse.
